Comment: 2003-- I began Joshua's Baby Quilt when I was 3 months pregnant. I had plenty of time to finish before he was due. Yeah, right! :) Joshua had other plans. He was 4 weeks early. We didn't even have any of the items we needed, let alone having his quilt finished. But now, Joshua is now 1 years old and I finally completed it. It took a while to be able to have the time to finish. It is the Hunter's Star Design. I used PigmaPens to write mom, dad and baby's name, date, time, and weight on the solid white squares. This was before we got our embroidery machine.
FreedomIsNotFreeFinished * December 2001 -- My husband went to serve in Albania/Kosovo back in 1999. He was deployed on April 19th and I did not have any idea how long he would be gone. So, to honor him, and to keep me sane, I decided to make him a wall hanging. Here it is hanging above our mantel in our new home in Texas. * 383 x 439 * (41KB)
